The results of the study of the tintinnids from forty samples collected by the A.R.A. Capitana Canepa are shown. Forty-four species of Tintinndia were identified and nineteen described. Elevent of these species are mentioned for the first time for this area. The distributional characteristics of the tintinnids for the majority of the samples is consistent with that of the temperature.
